Day Camp
LASER offers full-day camp on school closure days such as school breaks and teacher in-service days.
We schedule exciting field trips each day including a wide variety of activities, such as swimming, sports, museums, arts and crafts, games, cooking, nature and science activities, and much more.
LASER camps are open to all children between the ages of 5 years old to 12 years old that have completed the online registration and submitted the required paperwork.
Day camp is held at our Bryant location from 8 am to 6:30 pm.
If we are going on a field trip, children should arrive no later than 10:00 am and be prepared to ride on buses or walk to nearby activities. Drop-off and pick-up is in the school cafeteria. We are typically away from LASER on field trips from 10:30 am to 4:30 pm, so we are unable to accommodate half-day or morning/afternoon only schedules.

A typical schedule for day camp is as follows:

Here is a list of essentials to pack in your camper's backpack:
- Nutritious, nut-free lunch that does not require refrigeration or heating
- Good walking shoes (Closed-toes shoes highly recommended)
- Water bottle labeled with child's name
- Swimsuit and towel (for beach and pool field trips)
- Weather-appropriate clothing
- Sunscreen, sunglasses, and hat (if sunny)
Here is a list of recommended items to include in your camper's backpack:
- An extra set of clothing (Highly recommended for younger, K-2nd grade campers)

LASER offers day camp during the following breaks and in-service days:
- Delayed Start for Kindergarteners
- October In-Service Day
- Veteran's Day
- Thanksgiving Break (closed on Thanksgiving and the Friday after)
- Winter Break (closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day)
- Mid-Winter Break (closed on President's day)
- Spring Break
