Our Dedicated LASER Team

At LASER, we all know that children benefit most when counselors engage in meaningful and stimulating interactions to support development and learning. Our skilled counselors are dedicated to interacting and engaging with our students to ensure quality care for your children.  We are proud to have a goal of a staff-to-child ratio of 1:10. This allows staff to focus individually on each child’s needs.  All of our staff have passed background checks and are certified in CPR, First Aid, food safety, and early childhood education.

Our management team is committed to implementing strategies and practices to operate a healthy and successful organization. We develop operational plans which incorporate goals and objectives to work toward the strategic direction and mission of the organization.
